HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH, NBC-HWC
Certified Menopause Specialist & Lifestyle Medicine Coach
You do not need another rigid plan.
You need the right support, a clear path forward, and practical guidance that helps you feel better in your body and more in control of your health.
1:1 Personal Coaching
This is personalized coaching in a calm, supportive space.
Together, we look at what is draining your energy, what is getting in the way of consistency, and what your body may be asking for right now.
From there, we create simple, realistic next steps that fit your actual life — your schedule, your stress load, your responsibilities, and your goals.
You will not be handed a one-size-fits-all plan.
You will have support, structure, and a path that feels doable.

Meet Eleni
I’m Eleni Reese, NBC-HWC — a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Menopause Specialist, and Lifestyle Medicine Coach.
I work with adults who are doing their best to keep up with life while quietly feeling like their health is starting to slip.
Many of the people I support are carrying a lot — work, family, responsibilities, stress, and the pressure to keep going even when their energy, mood, sleep, and confidence in their body are not where they want them to be.
My coaching focuses on midlife wellness, menopause, stress resilience, gut health, inflammation, metabolic health, and lifestyle-driven chronic disease support.
I help clients make meaningful changes in a way that feels calm, personal, and sustainable — not extreme, overwhelming, or built for a perfect life.
A Guided Practice in Living Well
When we choose to be intentional about our well-being, we build resilience. We give ourselves the capacity to move through life’s inevitable twists, both personal and professional, with more strength, clarity, and grace.
So, what does wellness really mean?
Wellness isn’t a destination or a checklist. It’s an ongoing, self-guided journey toward becoming the healthiest, most fulfilled version of yourself. It weaves together how we live, how we think, how we nourish our spirit, and the environments we place ourselves in every day.
At its core, wellness is life-affirming. It supports longevity, vitality, and the ability to truly live, not just get through the day. It’s holistic, deeply personal, and shaped by culture, experience, and season of life. And while its meaning has evolved across time and traditions, the essence remains the same; wellness is about thriving, not merely surviving.
“This felt doable for the first time. I stopped trying to ‘fix everything’ and started building habits I could actually keep.”
